The legal home of Gurugram football
Official district body for the promotion, development and administration of football in District Gurugram, Haryana. This website — www.dfagurugram.com — is the official digital platform for player registration, club and academy affiliation, notices and verification.
We are not a private academy page and not a social listing. A submitted form is reviewed by the secretariat. Only a verified Player ID makes you eligible for official DFA matches.

Official DFA Player ID
Your name enters the district register. A verified Player ID is what match officials use on DFA sheets.
Documented and fair
Identity, age and address are checked by the secretariat. False papers are rejected. Honest players are protected.

How it works

Tell us who you are
Name, date of birth, Gurugram address, mobile, email and a personal photograph.

Your football
Position, preferred foot, club or academy if you have one, and playing level.

Upload proofs
Government ID as PDF, date of birth proof and address proof. Keep files under 8 MB.

Pay the fee
Scan the official Union Bank QR, pay Rs. 101, upload the success screenshot.

Wait for verification
The secretariat reviews in 24–48 hours. You can leave and sign in later to check status.
Start player registration
Under 18? A parent or guardian must complete consent on the form. Club and academy affiliation is a separate application.
Coaches and referees
Same secretariat process. Different file.
You may apply from any city. A Gurugram birth certificate is not required. Register directly, or use an academy invite link if an academy asked you to join them. Upload a personal photograph, Class 10 marksheet or DOB certificate, and pay Rs. 1,000. Football must be your main game.
Fee Rs. 101
Compulsory, per player, non-refundable — including if documents are returned for correction. Pay exactly Rs. 101 on the official Union Bank QR during step 6. Payment is not verification.
Clubs & academies
Organisations apply for affiliation here. Clubs: Rs. 51,000 · Gurugram only · Club ID after secretariat activation. Listed clubs appear only after a real application is accepted.
After you submit
Status is under verification. Sign in with the same email or mobile. If something needs a change, you get up to three correction chances without paying again.
